Who We Are
Not just built for today. Building for tomorrow.
DIRTT is a global leader in industrialized construction. Our system of physical products and digital tools empowers organizations - alongside construction and design leaders - to build high-performing, adaptable interior environments.
Operating across workplace, healthcare, education, and public sector markets, DIRTT provides total design freedom and greater certainty in cost, schedule, and outcomes.
We are a highly motivated group of individuals who embrace the company’s entrepreneurial spirit. Everyone is hands-on, regardless of role. We celebrate our successes together, work hard, have fun, and treat one another with respect.
Who You Are
The primary role of the IT Procurement & Vendor Management Specialist is to optimize DIRTT's technology investments through strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract administration, financial governance, and portfolio operations.
You will manage procurement activities across software, SaaS platforms, cloud services, telecommunications, infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, professional services, and technology support agreements. Acting as a trusted partner to Technology leadership, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure technology investments deliver maximum business value while maintaining appropriate financial controls, contractual protections, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.
This role combines technology procurement expertise with strong business operations capabilities. You are comfortable negotiating with vendors, analyzing technology spending, coordinating contract reviews, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and maintaining visibility across DIRTT's technology portfolio. Additional duties may be assigned that are reasonably related to the role. Responsibilities may be adjusted or reprioritized in response to evolving business needs, technology, and organizational priorities, while maintaining alignment with the overall scope, purpose, and responsibilities of the position
