Are you passionate about making a difference in the healthcare sector? Discovery Community College has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our onsite ESL HCA program in our Kelowna, BC campus.
As an instructor, you will play a crucial role in transforming lives and positively impacting the health care sector in British Columbia, guiding students through their laboratory and clinical training to become fully qualified and much-needed Health Care Assistants (HCAs).
Start date: October 27, 2026

Responsibilities
The instructor will guide students through laboratory and clinical training to prepare them as qualified Health Care Assistants. They are responsible for delivering ESL curriculum tailored to the healthcare sector within an onsite campus environment.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a University degree (BA) and a TESL Canada Professional Standard Two certification. Additionally, applicants are required to have experience teaching Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) level 5 and above, along with specific Health Care Assistant content knowledge.
