- Will correct or report unsafe practices or conditions.
- Maintains a safe and healthy place to work.
- Make suggestions to improve any aspect of safety and will correct issues wherever possible.
- Will understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Learns and follows the safety rules and procedures for safe performance of the job.
- Must be able to operate mechanized longhole drill
- Ability to be trained on tele-op longhole drilling from surface in between shifts
- Must be able to setup and install casing for down holes
- Must be able to read, understand and follow prints
- Must be able to setup the workplace in a safe and productive fashion
- Other work as assigned by supervisor
- High School Diploma
- Basic Underground Common Core (U0000, U0001, U0002 and U0012)
- U0004 Drill Rock
- U0006 Blast Rock
- U0011 Extend Services
- U0013 Operate Lifting Mechanism(s)
- U0014 Forklift Operation
- U0024 Operate Utility Vehicle
- U0028 Operate Scissor Lift
- U0080 Install and Maintain Underground Pipe System

- Minimum of seven (7) years mining experience.
