About Our Client

Our Client is a well-established and respected lighting agency representing a curated collection of innovative and design-forward lighting brands from around the world. They work with architects, interior and lighting designers, engineers, builders, and end-users across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors, providing lighting solutions that balance design, performance, technology, and functionality. In addition to lighting products, our Client provides lighting design, specification, scheduling, and technical support to help integrate lighting solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Their approach is collaborative and detail-oriented, with a focus on supporting project teams and delivering thoughtfully considered lighting solutions.

About The Role

The Sales & Customer Service Support role provides prompt, knowledgeable service to walk-in end-users and customers - answering calls, preparing small quotes, confirming order ETAs and statuses, processing payments, and supporting warranty claims and returns - while flexibly supporting the Sales and Customer Service teams between showroom needs.
