We are currently seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our high-performing, diverse, and innovative consulting team.
The Opportunity The Project Controls Manager will lead the successful planning, execution, and control of large-scale capital and infrastructure projects across sectors including construction, energy, transportation, and commercial development. This leadership role oversees all aspects of cost, schedule, risk, and performance monitoring, ensuring consistent delivery of high-value project controls services to clients and internal stakeholders.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Toronto, Ontario. Candidates must currently reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or be able to independently relocate prior to starting.
Key Responsibilities Oversee cost control processes including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting in alignment with client expectations and financial governance.
Direct risk management activities, ensuring proactive identification, mitigation, and tracking of project risks across cost and schedule dimensions.
Manage change control processes, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of changes to cost, scope, and schedule.
Mentor, train, and supervise project controls consultants and analysts, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
Qualifications & Experience Advanced knowledge of cost estimation, budget management, scheduling, and quantitative risk analysis.
