Manage complex calendars and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts to support leader and team priorities.
Arrange domestic and international business travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, restaurant reservations, and detailed travel itineraries.
Process expense reports, monitor and track spending against budgets, resolve discrepancies, and provide reporting support to budget managers and cost center owners.
Maintain SharePoint sites, Microsoft Teams content, documents, and records in accordance with company guidelines and information management requirements.
Serve as a resource for office technology, administrative processes, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operational support while helping troubleshoot issues and answer questions.
Participate in projects both independently and as a team member, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, overcome obstacles, and deliver high-quality results.
Support a positive, safe, and productive work environment by building strong relationships, communicating effectively, sharing information proactively, and promoting continuous improvement.
Support the public affairs team and community engagement activities by organizing and attending off site events while representing Dow in the community.
