Oversee multiple construction projects from planning to closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
Manage the master project schedule, resource planning, and shop capacity to optimize project delivery and operational efficiency.
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams while overseeing project communications, change orders, and contract administration.
Drive project profitability by monitoring budgets, mitigating risks, implementing process improvements, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of construction project management experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role with track record of driving PM process improvements and standardization.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with a PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Proven experience managing team of PMs for multiple complex construction projects while maintaining profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
