Job Title: Senior Estimator (Commercial and Institutional Projects)
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba
Salary: $125k to $135k annual base.

What You'll Do
- Lead Estimating activities for Design Build, CM, and Lump Sum projects
- Align bids with real-world conditions to manage risk and boost profitability.
- Work with the senior leadership team and lead major process improvements to optimize estimating workflows, standardize specifications, costing systems, and refine contract negotiation strategies
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to shape winning proposals
- Contribute to sustainable, community-shaping projects.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in commercial estimating (Design-Build, CM, Lump Sum)
- Experience with bids from $5 million to $200 million+
- Skilled in the use of Excel and other Estimating software.
- Strong communicator and collaborator
