- Build and manage schedules, budgets, estimates, milestones, and resource plans.
- Coordinate artists, freelancers, vendors, and creative stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Track progress, manage changing priorities, identify risks, and resolve production challenges before they affect delivery in coordination with VFX production management team
- Manage client feedback, review cycles, approvals, and clear communication throughout production.
- Balance creative expectations with available time, resources, and budget.
- Work directly with generative AI tools, including platforms such as Higgsfield, to understand their creative applications and production potential.
- Help coordinate iterative workflows involving references, prompts, generated footage, editorial, compositing, and other post-production processes.
- Evaluate emerging tools and workflows based on creative quality, consistency, speed, reliability, and project requirements.
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of experience producing VFX, animation, motion design, commercials, branded content, film, or other creative productions.
- A strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, creative reviews, and delivery.
- Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools for image or video creation, ideally including Higgsfield or comparable platforms.
- Experience using Frame.io for review and approval workflows, including video annotations, consolidated feedback, version management, and collaboration with clients and creative teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Confidence working directly with artists, directors, clients, and studio leadership.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Comfort working in a startup environment where processes are evolving and priorities can change quickly.
Especially valuable
- Familiarity with tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
- Experience using Codex, APIs, scripting, or workflow automation to connect tools and reduce repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with production tracking platforms such as ShotGrid, ftrack, Notion, or similar tools.
- Understanding of AI asset provenance, intellectual property, licensing, and client confidentiality.
