There’s a lot happening in Western Canada for Dream, and it’s happening fast. Are you a team player, dedicated to delivering on your commitments? Do you have strong communication skills, demonstrated through your experience in creating reports, understanding construction jargon and facilitating meetings? If so, read on. We want to hear from you.

Who Are You?

We are looking for a candidate that can be both office and site orientated. You possess a strong understanding of real estate financials, have a solid MS Excel background and have experience working with commercial/multi-family investments or asset management. You would be a critical thinker who pays strong attention to detail and can compile large amounts of data while being well-organized. The analyst is responsible for supporting the Development team throughout the project cycle, including completing market research, financial analysis and assisting in the creation of reports, presentations and business plans that will deliver value-added management for the portfolio. Aside from regular reporting, this role will support the Development team in oversight of the property management operations to understand and implement asset optimization strategies while driving its value through aligning with high standards of operational performance and improving the overall tenant experience.

We want to bring on someone who has a passion for real estate, eager to learn, work hard and have fun. In other words, we want you to fit in here. Assist in the internal quarterly valuation process and annual 3^rdparty appraisals
Assist in establishing annual business plans and operating budgets with property managers for the portfolio
Assist in maintaining a revenue management strategy for property managers to implement
Provide support on all Income Properties asset management strategies, as necessary
Attend meetings and coordinate execution of actions items
Maintain portfolio databases

What type of experience do you have?

3-5 years of real estate property management and/or asset management experience;
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or real estate.
Strong technical skills with a focus on real estate financial analysis and data manipulation using Excel;
