Driverseat is looking for a full-time Inbound Sales & Client Experience Representative (ISR) to join our Sales & Marketing team.

This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who can take an incoming opportunity, understand what the client actually needs, and confidently guide that conversation toward the right transportation solution.

You’ll be responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries and developing long-term client relationships across Driverseat’s services. You’ll work closely with the broader Sales & Marketing team, stay accountable to clearly defined sales metrics, and help turn Driverseat into lasting business.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will:

Manage and respond to inbound sales opportunities, while completing targeted outbound follow-up and prospecting activities as required.
Build relationships with prospective and existing opportunities.
Understand client transportation needs and help connect them with appropriate Driverseat services.
Follow opportunities through the sales process and maintain consistent follow-up.
Work toward weekly sales Key Performance Indicators and Scorecard targets.
Contribute to company revenue goals and quarterly sales performance.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing and other members of the Driverseat team.
Meet with clients and attend meetings or events when required.
Maintain a professional, responsive, and client-focused experience throughout the sales process.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable talking to people, asking good questions, following through, and taking ownership of opportunities.

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

Have at least one year of customer service experience and proven success in generating new sales.
Communicate confidently and professionally.
Are organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
Take initiative rather than waiting to be told what comes next.
Are comfortable working toward measurable targets and being accountable for results.
Can balance a great client experience with the commercial side of a sales role.
Work well independently while still being part of a collaborative team.
Are comfortable travelling locally for client meetings when required.

Compensation

This is a full-time position with a base salary of $45,000 annually, paid bi-weekly.

The role also includes a quarterly performance bonus tied to company revenue achievement and individual Scorecard performance.

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week. We offer flexibility in where you work, with the potential for this role to be primarily remote. Occasional in-person attendance in the Kitchener-Waterloo area will be required for team meetings, training, client meetings or other business needs.

The ISR reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and may be required to travel for client meetings or other business needs. Wherever possible, travel to clients will be completed in a branded Driverseat vehicle. Eligible travel using a personal vehicle is reimbursed according to company policy.
