SUMMARY

The Senior Data Analyst (Revenue Operations) contributes to the growth of Direct Response Media Group (DRMG) and affiliated companies, including Dollco Print Solutions, by leveraging operational metrics and client first-party data to drive sales, marketing, and revenue strategies. The Senior Data Analyst owns the end-to-end analytics lifecycle for 20–30 key client accounts, managing data intake, targeting, matchback analysis, and performance reporting in collaboration with partners like Canada Post. Collaborating across BI, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, the Senior Data Analyst translates data into actionable recommendations while ensuring compliance with Canadian privacy laws.

AS A SENIOR DATA ANALYST, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR IMPACT BY:

Owning the intake, cleaning, de-duplication, and structuring of client first-party data across Google Sheets, Excel, and database formats.
Designing and executing matchback analysis connecting direct mail and print marketing exposure to client-reported sales, conversions, and revenue outcomes.
Developing, standardizing, and maintaining repeatable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate performance metrics consistently.
Ensuring all handling, storage, and processing of client first-party and customer PII complies with PIPEDA, Law 25, and CASL.
Translating campaign results and internal operational metrics into clear, executive-ready performance narratives and insight decks.

YOU CAN EXCEL AS A SENIOR DATA ANALYST IF YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative or business field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or Business Administration.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing performance, or revenue operations, managing client first-party data.
Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, Excel, and BI tools (Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio).
Experience executing matchback or attribution analysis connecting direct response marketing to client revenue outcomes.
Knowledge of PIPEDA, CASL, and Canadian privacy laws applied to customer data handling and cloud workspaces.
