Company Description DSA Corporate Services L.P. is a leading provider of corporate secretarial services for reporting issuers listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture, CSE, and various U.S. and international exchanges. With over sixty years of experience through predecessor companies, DSA supports clients with board and committee minute taking, annual meeting planning, and SEDAR+ and SEDI filings to meet continuous disclosure obligations. The organization also assists private companies in becoming public reporting issuers through capital pool companies (CPC), prospectus filings, and reverse take-overs.

Role Description The Regulatory Compliance Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, responsible for supporting clients in meeting securities regulatory and continuous disclosure obligations. In this role, the analyst reviews and interprets applicable regulatory requirements, monitors changes to securities regulations and exchange rules, and assists in implementing compliant processes and documentation. Daily tasks include preparing and coordinating regulatory filings (such as SEDAR+ and SEDI submissions), disseminating press releases, maintaining accurate records of compliance activities, and supporting board and committee governance documentation. The analyst collaborates closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, communicates compliance expectations, and responds to regulatory or auditor queries. This position also contributes to process improvements and risk mitigation strategies to strengthen overall compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with regulatory filing on SEDAR+, SEDI, EDGAR, LINX, CSE is required.
Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and applicable Regulatory Requirements in Canadian capital markets and securities regulations.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret complex regulatory guidance, assess compliance risks, and review detailed filings and governance documents.
Effective Communication skills, including clear written documentation and professional verbal interaction with clients, regulators, and internal teams.
Foundational understanding of financial reporting, and how regulatory obligations relate to issuer financial disclosures.
Post-secondary education in Law, Finance, Business, Accounting, , or a related field; professional designations (e.g., paralegal, securities or compliance certifications) are an asset.
Experience working with public or pre-public companies, corporate governance, or securities filings
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Ability to work individually and within a team.
