Original job description

Primary Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with prospects (inbound and outbound) using email, cold-calling, web-based demos, trade shows, and various other forms of outreach
Use a consultative approach to prospect interactions to gain understanding of their interests and needs
Develop a high degree of familiarity with the DubBot application and accurately communicate the value of the application in addressing prospect interests and needs
Assist with building responses to prospect RFPs ("Requests for Proposal")
Negotiate terms of SaaS agreements with prospects within company-approved parameters
Organize lead and prospect information within HubSpot and other CRM software as required
Other tasks as required to support the hands-on, supportive, and team-oriented culture of our small team
A small amount of travel required (less than 10%)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any discipline from an accredited college or university
Solid communication skills - able to articulate differentiators to intelligent prospects
Strong organizational skills - able to manage a pipeline with numerous opportunities
Independence and driveable to follow up and provide status updates independently
Confidence and critical thinking - able to quickly process new information and situations and provide value by proactively engaging in various aspects of the organization
Sales experience (1-3 years) - exposure to SaaS sales strongly preferred
Please be prepared to provide solid references

Please note that the compensation for this role is base pay plus commissions on individual sales. The anticipated total target compensation (base plus commissions) for this role is between $55K and $75K, depending on candidate qualifications. It is estimated that commissions will comprise 33% of total compensation. The actual proportion of commissions to total compensation will vary based on employee experience and performance.
