Dueck Auto Group is looking for energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales & Leasing Consultants to join our growing teams at Dueck Richmond, Dueck on Marine, and Dueck Downtown.

This is more than a sales job - it’s a career with high earning potential, strong training, and the chance to grow with one of the most established dealership groups in Greater Vancouver.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and guide customers through their vehicle purchase journey with professionalism and care.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicles, products, and solutions.
Encourage test drives and highlight vehicle features and benefits.
Present financing and leasing options in a clear and supportive way.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, technology, and competitor offerings.
Build long-term relationships with clients to create repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with Sales Managers and team members to exceed sales goals and deliver an outstanding experience.

What You Bring

A true passion for cars, people, and sales.
A drive to succeed and build a meaningful career.
Previous sales or customer service experience in the automotive industry.
Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA) of BC Licence.
Strong communication skills, both in-person and digital.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through vehicle purchases by understanding their needs, recommending suitable vehicles and solutions, arranging test drives, and explaining financing and leasing options. Maintain product and competitor knowledge, build lasting customer relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to meet goals and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

Candidates should have a passion for cars, people, and sales, along with previous automotive sales or customer service experience.
