About dunnhumby

dunnhumby is the global leader in Customer Data Science, helping the world's most ambitious retailers and brands put the customer at the heart of every decision. With nearly 3,000 experts across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas, we partner with iconic businesses like Tesco, Coca-Cola, Meijer, Procter & Gamble and Metro to turn data into growth, innovation and measurable value for their customers.

Client Leadership

Our Client Leadership teams are dunnhumby's commercial engine - building the long-term, trusted partnerships that turn customer data into measurable growth for the world's biggest retailers and brands. We work across grocery, mass and specialty retail, translating insight into action on everything from ranges and pricing to media and promotions.

Identify opportunities to expand dunnhumby capabilities and support the sales process through to contract.
Lead and manage the retail-facing team against account plans, renewals and measurable return on investment.

What We're Looking For

You'll bring retail client leadership, commercial thinking and the ability to turn customer priorities into coordinated delivery.

Experience within retail and confidence engaging senior retail stakeholders.
A track record of creating commercial value through products and services.

Ability to connect retailer strategy, customer priorities and workplan delivery.
Strong insight interpretation, stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
