If you’ve got 2+ years of hands-on locksmith experience and can confidently run service calls independently from day one, we want to talk to you.

Base Responsibilities:
- Repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide range of locks and security systems.
- Cut and pin ASSA, Mul-T-Lock, Medeco etc in shop and on site from work van.
- Respond to booked service calls promptly and efficiently.
- Perform rekeying services to enhance security measures.
- Install misc Door hardware including Cylindrical, Mortise, Door Closers etc.
- Keep accurate records of service calls and customer information (Computer and cell phone use).
- Stay up to date with the latest locksmith techniques and key systems.
- Working hours 8:30 - 5:30 Mon-Friday + Rotating Emergency On Call.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years locksmith work history.
- Experience with safe opening, including drilling and autodialer an asset.
- Experience in using locksmithing tools, such as key cutters, misc power tools (drills, grinders), and lock picks.
- Excellent reliability, personal time management and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- A valid driver's license.
