\nWhat are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who brings an existing book of business or roster of client relationships within logistics. This is not a role for someone starting from scratch - you know your market, you have relationships you can activate, and you are ready to take your book to the next level with the platform, support, and compensation structure to match.

We work across multiple industries, commodities, and transportation types, so your experience doesn’t need to be narrowly matched to ours - what matters most is a strong existing network and a proven ability to close and grow business. You’ll be backed by a deeply supportive team across operations and finance who will partner with you on every deal to help you succeed.

We are actively hiring in the Toronto/GTA market. If you have an established presence or client relationships across the region, we want to talk to you!

Things you will be doing right away:

Leverage your existing book of business and industry relationships to drive new revenue for Dynamic Connections
Identify, prospect, and close new logistics opportunities across multiple industries, commodities, and transportation types
Build and manage a growing pipeline of customer relationships, from first conversation to signed business and beyond
Partner closely with our operations and finance teams to structure deals that work for your customers and set you up for long-term success
Represent Dynamic Connections in the market in a way that reflects our values and builds trust with new and existing clients
Own your book: track performance, manage forecasting, and continuously look for ways to grow existing accounts

You are a strong candidate if you are:

Bringing an existing book of business or roster of client relationships within logistics
Deeply networked within the Toronto/GTA market
Comfortable working across multiple industries, commodities, and transportation types - your relationships matter more than a narrow specialization
Results-driven. You have a track record of closing and growing business, with a bias for action and high accountability
Motivated by uncapped earning potential - you want your effort and performance to directly drive your paycheque
A strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives with autonomy

$65,000 - $95,000 a year

Uncapped commission. Your earning potential has no ceiling, and we have built-in accelerators designed to help you thrive and prosper as your book grows.
We offer a healthy mileage reimbursement as well as coverage for treats for your customers and potential clients.
We have two company branded vehicles for you to hit the road!
