Precast Detailer

Position Summary
Turn concepts into detailed plans that help bring projects to life.
As a Precast Detailer at Eagle Builders, you'll create detailed models and drawings that support the manufacturing and construction of precast concrete projects. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams, you'll ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and ready for fabrication.

What You'll Do
- Create 3D models and detailed drawings using Revit
- Develop fabrication, assembly, and erection drawing packages
- Review drawings for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
- Support structural and connection detailing
- Collaborate with project managers and internal teams
- Maintain drafting standards and project documentation
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality expectations

Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or related education
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Available Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to learn new software, skills, and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Local to, or willing to relocate to, Central Alberta
Assets
- Experience with precast concrete systems
- Familiarity with construction methods and terminology
- Experience interpreting and creating shop drawings
- Experience with Revit-based detailing and drafting
