Compensation: $500/month, paid in USDT Commitment: 6–8 hours per week Location: Remote, with availability during New York business hours Start: Immediately The role I run and launch several ventures at once - payments and fraud-prevention products, AI-driven tools, and other businesses. My projects and clients sit mostly in North America and Western Europe. I need one person who takes research and legwork off my plate across all of it. Not someone I manage task by task: you get briefed once on what I'm trying to find out, and you come back with structured options and a recommendation. You start on one project: the iGaming launch. That's where the work sits right now, and it's what the first few months will be about. If it goes well, the scope expands to the rest of my portfolio within a few months - my work scales constantly, and I'd rather grow one person into it than keep hiring. This is a small time commitment with high expectations on quality. Scope and pay grow with the projects. What you'll own Research and analysis Vendor, platform and tooling research: build shortlists, pull pricing and terms, compare on criteria I define Market research: competitive landscape, pricing benchmarks, regulatory requirements, cost structures Turn it into decision-ready formats - comparison tables, one-pagers, recommendations with reasoning. Not raw link dumps Outreach and sourcing Contact vendors and service providers, request quotes and terms, run follow-ups until there are real answers Source and screen candidates for roles we're hiring; book the calls Represent projects professionally in written communication with vendors and partners Building Put together demos, prototypes, landing pages, dashboards or spreadsheets when a task needs one. AI-assisted is entirely fine - I care about the output, not whether you hand-wrote the code Tracking Keep project plans current: what's done, what's blocked, what's due Flag risks and slipping deadlines before I ask Must have Hands-on experience in the gambling industry - non-negotiable. Operator, affiliate, platform provider, or payments serving the vertical. You should already know what GGR, NGR, FTD, CPA, revshare, white label and PSP mean without looking them up Fluent written and spoken English - you'll be dealing with vendors and partners in North America and Western Europe directly Strong daily command of AI tools, Claude in particular. You use them as a working instrument for research, synthesis and building, not as a novelty Commercial literacy: you can read a pricing model, compare vendor terms, and tell what actually matters in them Genuine proactivity - you close tasks end to end, escalate only when truly blocked, and come back with options rather than questions Reliable availability during New York business hours for calls and quick turnarounds Comfortable being paid in crypto Strong plus Experience in LATAM markets Background in payments, fintech or high-risk processing Experience supporting early-stage or fast-moving ventures How we'll work Weekly sync call, async messaging in between I brief you on context once and expect you to build on it Tasks come with a clear outcome and a deadline; how you get there is up to you Direct feedback in both directions.
