The Roll in a Nutshell

Working in a crew of 2-3 other carpenters on high-end residential projects
Completing a diverse range of daily tasks required for renovations, including:
Demolition
Structural Framing
Window & Door installation
Insulation
Trim Carpentry
Exterior finishing
Keeping tools, equipment, job sites, and vehicles organized and clean

What We’re Looking For

1- 3 years in residential renovations/construction
Driver's License and own transportation
College carpentry or pre-apprenticeship programs an asset but not required.
First aid training and Working-at-heights training an asset but not required.
You aspire for a long-term career in construction.
You have a real passion for working with your hands and building.
You enjoy variety in what you do.
You are eager to learn and develop your skills.
You take a ton of pride in delivering a high-quality product.
You like working as part of a fast-paced team and have a great sense of humour.

Responsibilities

Work with a small crew of carpenters on high-end residential renovation projects, performing tasks such as demolition, framing, installation, insulation, trim carpentry, and exterior finishing. Keep tools, equipment, job sites, and vehicles clean and organized.

Requirements

Applicants should have 1–3 years of residential renovation or construction experience, a driver's license, and their own transportation. Carpentry or pre-apprenticeship education, first aid training, and working-at-heights training are assets but are not required; candidates should be eager to learn, take pride in quality work, and enjoy working as part of a team.
