The Roll In a Nutshell

• Leading a crew of 2-3 on high-end residential projects
• Taking a leadership role for critical phases of our projects
• Completing a diverse range of daily tasks required for renovations, including:
• Demolition
• Structural Framing
• Window and Door installation
• Insulation
• Trim Carpentry
• Exterior finishing
• Keeping tools, equipment, job sites, administrative systems, and vehicles organized and clean
  

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years in residential renovations/construction
• Experience leading junior-level labourers/carpenters an asset
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• College carpentry or pre-apprenticeship programs an asset but not required
• First aid training and Working-at-heights training an asset but not required
• Driver's License and own transportation
• You aspire for a long-term career in construction. This is a great stepping stone to becoming a Site Supervisor!
• You are eager to learn and develop your skills.
• You have a real passion for working with your hands and building.
• You enjoy variety in what you do.
• You take a ton of pride in delivering a high-quality product.
