Are you an experienced line cook who is ready to take the next step in your kitchen career?

At Earls, we refer to our line supervisors as Coaches. Coaches are hands-on kitchen leaders who help keep the team moving, support service, maintain our standards and play an important role in developing the people around them.

Our Line Supervisor (Coach) Apprenticeship is designed for cooks with 1–2 years of kitchen experience who are ready to grow their leadership skills and take on more responsibility.We’re looking for people with strong kitchen fundamentals, a great attitude, a willingness to learn and the potential to become a strong leader.

You don’t need to have been a supervisor before, we will teach you how.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for experienced cooks who are ready to take the next step and grow into a leadership role.

1–2 years of professional kitchen experience
Strong line cook fundamentals
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Interest in coaching and supporting others
Willingness to learn, receive feedback and develop within Earls
Previous leadership experience is an asset, but not required.
