We are seeking a Senior Coordinator, reporting to the Chief of Staff and working closely with BC leadership, to support the operations of our Vancouver office and key corporate initiatives. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys creating a positive and efficient workplace environment.

The successful candidate will lead the coordination of facilities, office logistics and vendor relationships, while supporting events and employee services, helping to ensure an exceptional workplace and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities & Duties

Supports daily workplace operations and corporate initiatives through the application of facilities management knowledge and best practices.
Contributes to the planning and execution of workplace programs, projects, and initiatives, as required.
Coordinates office logistics, including space management, equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Assists with scheduling, event planning, and internal communications for teams and leadership.
Supports compliance with health, safety, and security policies and procedures.

Education & Experience

2 - 4 years of related work experience, and/or relevant post-secondary education (diploma or certificate)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to identify and resolve routine issues independently.
A self-starter with strong organizational, time management skills, ability to multitask, critical thinking, discretion and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and facility management tools.
Knowledge of office operations, vendor management, and basic health and safety practices.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
May require occasional physical effort and exertion

Position Details:

This position is a full-time, permanent, on-site role and is open to candidates located in Vancouver.
