  • Prepare patient forms, organize documentation, and perform general administrative duties.
  • Support the hearing care professional with patient coordination and daily clinic operations.
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming clinical environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hearing clinic, audiology practice, or healthcare administrative setting is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with computers, electronic patient records, email, and general office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with hearing aid manufacturers, third-party billing, or clinic management software is considered an asset.
