We are looking for a
field coordinator to work on an important ICI project in North York!
Responsibilities:
- Read technical and administrative project specifications;
- Inspect work daily to ensure that it meets the specified standards;
- Inform Project Manager of project development and discuss methods planned with him and the Superintendent;
- Order critical material with suppliers in collaboration with the Site Superintendent;
- Perform quantity tracking and cost coding for purposes of productivity analysis and accurate job cost forecasting;
- Prepare daily reports as related to the crew, progress and issues;
- Provide document control for correspondence, submittals, RFI’s, NCR, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of final records for the project, including as-builts;
- Organize and participate in various meetings;
- Establish and keep necessary communications between suppliers, sub-contractors, professionals and client;
- Assist in carrying out a variety of field duties at the job site related to project.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of industry experience.
- Technical background with professional accreditation (P.Eng./ CET) or combination of technical training and/or related experience.
- Experience in ICI projects.
- Read, analyze, and interpret technical design drawings.
- Scheduling experience and analysis skills.
- Supervision/personnel experience.
- Computer proficiency.
- Written/oral communications.
- Presentation skills.
- Problem solving and organizational skills.
- Cost analysis, control, and reporting.
- Contracts – Commercial knowledge.
- Negotiating skills
- Valid Government of Canada security clearance or eligibility to obtain one, in accordance with project security requirements.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, EBC Inc. has included the expected salary range for this role, which is
$60,000 - $105,000. Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity. Base salary is one component of EBC’s comprehensive total rewards offering, which may include performance-based incentives, extended health and wellness benefits, retirement savings programs, and career development opportunities.
