Original job description

Thanks to an expertise constantly evolving since 1968, we have exceptional know-how for every type of construction project, and we have the advantage of being both diversified and specialized. Mindful of costs, deadlines, health and safety, and the environment, we apply the strictest standards of the industry in each of our activity sectors.

Each project is unique in its design, context, schedule, and budget. When analyzing and controlling these factors, we can suggest an effective work method that fits the client’s specific expressed needs, priorities and requirements.

Though we are recognized for large-scale projects such as office buildings, hospitals and research centres, educational institutions, residential buildings, hotels, shopping malls, factories and sports and cultural centres, our team excels in unique mandates such as renovations, restorations or upgrades. Whether these are in Traditional, Construction Management, Design-Build or Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) contracting methods, we work with the same rigor to exceed customers’ expectations.

Lead, supervise, and mentor field staff on-site while fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment;
Manage daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules;
Maintain strict safety standards and lead by example in promoting a safe work environment;
Collaborate effectively with subcontractors and trade partners, building positive working relationships that drive project success;
Conduct regular site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control checks;
Resolve on-site issues in collaboration with the project manager, consultants, and client representatives;
Monitor progress against the project schedule and regularly report on status;
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages open communication and mutual respect among all team members.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and scheduling;
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills;
Ability to foster collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders;
