Original job description

E INC is the parent company of EBlock and EDealer, unifying our approach to products, services, and strategies under one Vision and one Mission: to create the best digital auction and retailing platform in the world by connecting the automotive wholesale and retail experiences. Our brands and their technologies make it easy for a vehicle to move between buyers and sellers throughout its entire ownership lifecycle. Learn more at https://e.inc/about

Every vehicle that changes hands on EBlock started with a relationship - and as Territory Sales Manager, those relationships start with you. You'll be out with dealership decision-makers most of the week, spotting opportunities, clearing roadblocks, and turning "maybe later" into "let's go." You'll own the targets, the strategy, and the relationships across your territory, and get the credit when the numbers land.

The Territory Sales Manager represents the company and manages relationships with customers. This role is focused on achieving targets and maintaining current relationships with dealerships for our online dealer-to-dealer auto auction. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for identifying the needs of the dealerships and addressing their concerns within their assigned territory. The Territory Sales Manager will act as a catalyst in implementing sales strategies within their region and across EBlock teams.

We offer a competitive salary ($60,000.00 - $72,000.00); a competitive commission plan; mileage reimbursement; paid time off; participation in our benefits, RRSP, and life insurance programs; continuous learning; an amazing culture; and so much more!

What You Will Do:

Build, enhance, and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and generate business.
This is a sales- and service-based position with monthly/quarterly and yearly targets. There is a direct responsibility to manage and service existing accounts and develop new accounts. This will include virtual and on-site contact with dealership decision makers and related staff (on-site at dealerships 3-4 days per week).
Resolve customer concerns by taking immediate action independently or referring the customer to the appropriate manager(s).
Persuasively explain to customers and prospective customers how the company’s products and services can reduce their costs and enhance their businesses.
Provide customer training as required.
Keep up-to-date with information about product and service innovations, changing needs of customers, market conditions, and competitors, and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and carry out other administrative duties associated with the sales function.
Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes.
Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
Monitor competition within assigned region.

What You Will Need:

Experience in the Automotive Industry
Experience in Outside Sales (3+ years)
Proven experience as a Territory Manager, building and maintaining relationships
Experience closing sales
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and leadership ability
Problem-solving aptitude
Ability to travel

What We Offer:

Competitive pay
Medical, Dental & Vision
401k/RSP programs
Company paid Group Life/AD&D insurance
Paid time off
Flexible working environment
Continuous Learning
And an amazing culture to top it all off!

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $60,000.00 - $72,000.00. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

E INC is an equal opportunity employer and affirmatively seeks diversity in its workforce. E INC recruits qualified applicants and advances in employment its employees without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, disability, genetic information, ethnic or national origin, marital status, veteran status, or any other categories protected by law.

E INC takes cybersecurity seriously. E INC will reach out to candidates via our Application Tracking System ADP, LinkedIn, and Indeed, through company accounts. E INC does not require bank information, date of birth, social identification information, or upfront fees as part of our application process.

As part of our recruitment and hiring process, E INC may use automated tools including artificial intelligence (AI) to support the screening and evaluation of applicants. AI tools support human decision-making and do not replace individualized review by our hiring team. E INC is committed to using these technologies responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and we regularly assess our processes to promote fairness, objectivity, and data protection.
