Role Overview

Reporting to the Project Management team, the ERP Project Manager plays a key role in defining, structuring, and deploying our solutions for clients in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. As a unifying and proactive leader, you will oversee the smooth delivery of major implementation projects (lasting 12 to 24 months), manage client relationships, and guide team members using an agile approach focused on problem-solving and unblocking project hurdles.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Management: Define, structure, and drive ERP implementation projects from initial scoping to go-live.
Operational & Financial Tracking: Maintain and update project progress, schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis.
Leadership & Facilitation: Organize and lead project committee meetings internally and with clients in an engaging, unifying, and motivating manner.
Change Management & Unblocking: Swiftly identify scope change requests, proactively navigate complex business situations, and recommend solutions to schedule or resource constraints.
Client Relations & Business Opportunities: Adapt communication strategies for diverse stakeholders and detect business opportunities during client exchanges to share with the Sales & Marketing team.
Continuous Improvement & PMO: Enhance, strengthen, and document project management methodologies in collaboration with the PMO and implementation consultants.
Resource Optimization: Partner with Team Leads and Directors to balance resource utilization, meet short-term delivery goals, and assist with team succession planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing software or technology projects.
Strong Asset: Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms or ERP implementations within the manufacturing or distribution sectors.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership qualities (ability to unite, mentor, and align team efforts).
Key Attributes: Highly organized, structured, agile, professional, with a proven knack for managing business blockers.
Change Management: Experience or strong interest in user adoption and change management (an asset).
Bilingualism: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English (required to serve clients in Canada and the US).
Certification: PMP or PCO certification (an asset).
Tools: Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, MS Office suite, Visio).

Position: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hrs/week)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week on-site at Sauvé metro station)

Rattaché à l’équipe de gestion de projets, le Gestionnaire de projets ERP joue un rôle clé dans la planification, la structuration et le déploiement de nos solutions chez nos clients des secteurs manufacturier et de la distribution. Responsabilités clés

Gestion et livraison de projets : Définir, structurer et piloter les projets d’implantation ERP du cadrage initial jusqu'à la mise en production.
Suivi opérationnel & financier : Assurer le suivi hebdomadaire de la progression des tâches, des calendriers, des budgets et des indicateurs de performance (KPIs).
Leadership & Animation : Organiser et animer les comités de projet (internes et clients) dans un esprit rassembleur et motivateur.
Gestion du changement & Bloqueurs : Détecter rapidement les demandes de changement, gérer proactivement les situations complexes d'affaires et proposer des solutions innovantes aux enjeux d'échéanciers ou de ressources.
Relation client & Détecteur d’opportunités : Maintenir une communication stratégique adaptée aux différents intervenants et identifier des opportunités d'affaires à partager avec l'équipe Ventes & Marketing.
Amélioration continue & PMO : Documenter et enrichir nos méthodes de gestion de projet en collaboration avec le bureau de projets (PMO) et les conseillers en implantation.
Développement des ressources : Travailler avec les chefs d'équipe et la direction pour optimiser l'utilisation des ressources et participer à la préparation de la relève.

Profil recherché & Exigences

Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de projets logiciels ou technologiques.
Atout majeur : Expérience concrète dans la gestion de projets SaaS ou d'implantation ERP dans les milieux manufacturier ou de la distribution.
Leadership : Solides qualités de leadership démontré (capacité à fédérer, faire grandir et coordonner entre équipes).
Aptitudes personnelles : Excellent sens de l'organisation, structure, agilité, professionnalisme et forte aisance à résoudre les bloquants d'affaires.
Gestion du changement : Expérience ou fortes aptitudes pour l'accompagnement des utilisateurs et la gestion du changement (un atout).
Bilinguisme : Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit) requise pour interagir avec nos clients canadiens et américains.
Certification : Certification PMP ou PCO (un atout).
Outils : Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, suite Office, Visio).
