- Remotely monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of client premises.
- Conduct surveillance to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, or other illegal activities.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents in internal software programs and report any suspicious behavior to appropriate authorities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Individuals who have a high attention to detail, and ability to identify potential security risks.
- Experience in contacting emergency services, such as police, ambulance, and fire is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in computer usage, including familiarity with software such as MS Office, Google Chrome, and other basic computer programs.
- Sound communication skills, both oral and written in English, are necessary.
- A post-secondary education or equivalent experience, in any field.
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, while seated at a desk.
- Availability to work a minimum of 4 shifts (48 hours) in a 2-week period, on weekends and stat holidays.
- Quality references that will vouch for your work, attitude, and attendance.
- Ability to provide a clear criminal background check.

Responsibilities
Remotely monitor CCTV cameras to protect client premises and identify theft, vandalism, or other suspicious activity. Record incidents in internal software, report concerns to appropriate authorities, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
Requirements
Candidates should have strong attention to detail, sound written and oral English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure while working seated for 12-hour shifts. A post-secondary education or equivalent experience in any field, quality references, and a clear criminal background check are required; availability must include at least four 12-hour shifts per two-week period on weekends and statutory holidays.
