- Remotely monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of client premises.
- Conduct surveillance to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, or other illegal activities.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents in internal software programs and report any suspicious behavior to appropriate authorities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Individuals who have a high attention to detail, and ability to identify potential security risks.
- Experience in contacting emergency services, such as police, ambulance, and fire is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in computer usage, including familiarity with software such as MS Office, Google Chrome, and other basic computer programs.
- Sound communication skills, both oral and written in English, are necessary.
- A post-secondary education or equivalent experience, in any field.
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, while seated at a desk.
- Availability to work a minimum of 4 shifts (48 hours) in a 2-week period, on weekends and stat holidays.
- Quality references that will vouch for your work, attitude, and attendance.
- Ability to provide a clear criminal background check.

Responsibilities
Remotely monitor CCTV cameras and conduct surveillance to help protect client premises and detect theft, vandalism, or other illegal activity. Record incidents accurately, report suspicious behavior to the appropriate authorities, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
Requirements
Candidates need strong attention to detail, the ability to remain composed under pressure, basic computer proficiency, and clear spoken and written English communication skills. A post-secondary education or equivalent experience in any field is required, along with availability for at least four 12-hour shifts per two-week period, including weekends and statutory holidays, quality references, and a clear criminal background check.
