Role Description The Bagger role at ECBVerdyol is a full-time, on-site position located in Blumenort, MB. This role is responsible for operating bagging equipment to package erosion control and soil improvement products according to production schedules and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include weighing and filling bags, sealing and labeling products, performing basic equipment checks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Bagger will work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet order deadlines, follow safety procedures, and assist with stacking, palletizing, and preparing products for shipment. This position may also support inventory counts and report any product or equipment issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform accurate and efficient bagging operations, including Bagging of various product types.
• Strong Customer Service focus with an emphasis on Customer Satisfaction when interacting with internal teams and partners.
• Solid Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work effectively with coworkers and supervisors in a production environment.
• Reliability in following safety protocols, operating equipment as trained, and meeting production targets.
• Basic math and measurement skills for weighing and counting products.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments is an asset.
• Willingness to learn ECBVerdyol product lines and quality standards and contribute to a safe, inclusive workplace.
