Original job description

Company Description Echo Wellness Collective is a multidisciplinary clinic that supports parents, children, teens, and families through a nervous system–centered model of care. The collective brings together health practitioners who share a commitment to integrated, evidence-informed practice that honors the whole person - their mind, body, relationships, and environment. Clinicians collaborate closely to bridge mental health, physical wellness, and early development, creating continuity of care from pregnancy through the early years and beyond. The clinic specializes in perinatal, pediatric, and family wellness, with a vision of nurturing generational wellness and fostering more safety and attunement in families. Echo is also dedicated to providing a supportive professional community where clinicians can grow, learn from one another, and engage in meaningful, collaborative work.

Role Description The Registered Psychotherapist will provide client-centered psychotherapy to parents, children, teens, and families within a nervous system–informed and relational framework. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering individual, couple, and/or family therapy sessions (depending on your expertise), and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, consulting with other practitioners as needed, and participating in team meetings and case discussions. The psychotherapist will also engage in ongoing professional development, contribute to a supportive clinic culture, and uphold ethical and regulatory standards. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Cambridge, ON.
