About Us

Eco Property Maintenance is a fast growing, systems driven landscape maintenance company based in North Vancouver. We specialize in strata and commercial maintenance & snow removal, delivering consistent, high-quality service across the entire Lower Mainland.

We're not a typical landscaping company. We are building a scalable, process driven operation with strong leadership, accountability, industry leading organization plus tech and clear standards. Our goal is to grow a business that runs on systems, people, and performance AND rewards its key contributors.

The Role

As Production Manager, you’ll lead the field operation that delivers Eco’s maintenance, enhancement, and snow services. You’ll oversee crews, schedules, training, quality, and equipment, keeping work organized, teams developing, and service standards high. With account management and most administration handled by others, you can focus on strong field execution and improving production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead field supervisors, crew leaders, and crews; run the Monday morning team meeting
  • Publish the following week’s schedule using the management software
  • Set up snow routes, oversee dispatch, and provide field support during snow shifts
  • Build and maintain Google My Maps routes for site visits
  • Run quality-control visits
  • Coordinate regular field training and track crew development
  • Support trial days and new-staff onboarding in coordination with Office Manager
  • Complete weekly truck circle checks and crew tool-board checks; keeping the equipment maintenance and yard organized
  • Support the Director of Business Development with site visits, pricing, bids, and smaller enhancement quotes
  • Build relationships with property managers and strata representatives
  • Track production performance, quality, and operational targets

What We're Looking For

  • Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and accountability mindset
  • Results-driven and operationally focused
  • Experience leading teams in landscape maintenance and coordinating field operations
  • Ability to manage schedules, routes, equipment, and competing priorities
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the discipline to follow through
  • A practical, hands-on approach to improving outputs and crew performance
  • Comfortable using scheduling, mapping, and other digital operation tools
  • A valid driver’s licence and readiness to support work on site across the service area

Benefits

  • Company truck, fuel card, cell phone, iPad, and computer
  • Extended health, vision and dental care
  • Paid time off
  • Work from home flexibility
  • Performance bonuses tied to production enhancements
