Identify opportunities to automate manual financial and operational processes.
Implement system enhancements and workflow improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
Reduce reliance on spreadsheets through automation and standardized reporting solutions.
Support manufacturing accounting processes including work orders, assemblies, inventory movements, and eventual adoption of standard costing.
Maintain system documentation, process maps, and end-user training manuals.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Revenue Management, Operations, and IT teams to support business requirements.
Gather and translate business needs into practical system solutions.
Provide training and support to system users.
Participate in ERP, reporting, and process improvement projects.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience supporting reporting, forecasting, budgeting, or accounting processes.
CPA or related certification is considered an asset.

Skills:

Strong understanding of financial, accounting and business processes.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
Experience with Power Query, SQL.
Experience with reporting and BI tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
