What You Will Do

Lead and execute employee experience programs that strengthen engagement, culture, recognition, communication, and connection across the organization.
Manage and develop a team of employee experience and workplace support professionals, providing coaching, direction, and performance management for up to 8 direct reports.
Partner with HR, Communications, Marketing, Office Coordinators, Executive Assistants, and business leaders to deliver consistent and impactful employee experiences across multiple locations.
Plan and execute company-wide events, town halls, leadership meetings, employee celebrations, recognition programs, and key organizational milestones.
Develop and coordinate employee communication initiatives that improve engagement, awareness, and alignment with company priorities.
Support onboarding, integration activities, change initiatives, and other organization-wide programs that enhance the employee experience.
Monitor employee feedback, engagement trends, and program effectiveness, recommending improvements that strengthen culture and employee satisfaction.
Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, event logistics, and operational planning to ensure high-quality execution.
Identify opportunities to improve people programs, processes, and employee touchpoints while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

Position Details

Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this role is responsible for coordinating and delivering employee experience initiatives across CoolIT.
The position partners closely with HR, Communications, Marketing, Executive Assistants, Office Coordinators, and business leaders throughout the organization.
This role supports employee engagement, internal communications, recognition programs, company events, culture initiatives, organizational milestones, and integration activities.
Success in this role requires a highly organized, energetic, and people-focused leader who enjoys building relationships and creating memorable employee experiences.
The ability to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity, and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution is essential.

Minimum Qualifications

Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in employee experience, employee engagement, culture programs, internal communications, HR, events, or a related field.
Previous people leadership experience, including coaching, development, and performance management of direct reports.
Experience leading and executing company-wide events, employee engagement initiatives, or culture-building programs.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading employee experience programs in a growing or multi-site organization.
Experience supporting organizational change, integrations, or company growth initiatives.
Background in internal communications, employer branding, employee recognition, or workplace culture programs.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and large-scale company events.
Knowledge of employee engagement survey tools and feedback programs.
Experience partnering with senior leadership on culture and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Professional designation or certification in Human Resources, Communications, Project Management, or a related discipline.
