- Coordinate the contract lifecycle from intake through review, negotiation, approval, signature, filing, renewal, and reporting.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Insurance, Research and Development, and other stakeholders to gather information, track open items, and move agreements forward efficiently.
- Maintain contract records, trackers, templates, playbooks, and approval documentation, and prepare reports on contract status, key terms, obligations, renewals, and legal support activity.
- Help design, document, and implement contract review, negotiation, and approval procedures, including standard forms, clause libraries, checklists, and self-service legal resources.

- Assist with corporate records, due diligence, integration activities, claims, internal reviews, legal workflow improvements, and other special projects while handling confidential information with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications
