Perform thermal, pressure, flow, leak, and functional testing in accordance with defined test methods.
Support test planning and scheduling activities by preparing equipment, fixtures, and required instrumentation.
Troubleshoot test setups, instrumentation, and laboratory equipment issues to ensure efficient test execution and minimize downtime.
Record and document test conditions, observations, and results accurately in laboratory logs and data systems.
Review collected data for completeness and identify anomalies or issues requiring further investigation.
Assist engineering teams with root cause investigations through controlled testing and detailed documentation of findings.
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, sensors, and instrumentation as required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methods, laboratory processes, and standard work practices.
Follow all laboratory safety procedures and best practices when operating test equipment and handling fluids and pressurized systems.
