About Us:

At EconoLease, we do things differently. For over 30 years, we’ve led North America in restaurant equipment financing, helping thousands of hospitality businesses achieve their dreams.

As part of a Certified B Corporation, we balance profit with purpose and are proud to be recognized as a Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplace. Our mission? To disrupt and transform the $76 billion asset-based lending industry with innovative solutions and digital platforms that make financing simple and accessible.

Join us and be part of a team that values impact, inclusivity, and growth.

About the Opportunity:

The Customer Account Manager is responsible for converting partner-introduced opportunities into successful customer outcomes. This role owns the end-to-end customer journey, from initial contact through to funding and ongoing growth, while delivering a fast, seamless, and high-quality experience. This is a metrics-driven role focused on conversion, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the full lifecycle of customers introduced via EconoLease partners, from first contact through to funding, retention, and repeat business
Act as the primary point of contact, delivering a professional and seamless customer experience
Maximize utilization of approved financing by structuring deals and progressing opportunities effectively
Identify opportunities to increase deal size and drive incremental growth
Ensure customers understand EconoLease’s products and align solutions to their business needs
Collaborate with partner sales teams to enhance lead quality, accelerate deal progression, and improve conversion, while providing insights and feedback to Partner Managers on trends and outcomes
Meet service levels by maintaining strong outbound activity and effectively managing pipeline
Ensure accurate CRM tracking and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer journey
This role may support a dedicated portfolio of customers or provide support to various customers across Canada, depending on business needs

What You Bring:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing roles; experience in finance, leasing, payments, equipment, or other B2B industries is an asset
Proven success in phone-based selling, with strong objection handling and closing skills
Experience in a partner-led, referral-driven, or indirect sales environment is an asset
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
Highly organized and commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams

The Perks:

Competitive compensation with a base salary range 65-80K + Sales Commission Plan
Hybrid work model for flexibility
Above-market benefits including health, dental and an additional flexible spending account
4 weeks’ vacation + 10 sick days
Leadership development programs and career progression opportunities
Inclusive, award-winning culture where you can bring your authentic self to work
16 hours paid volunteering annually to give back to the community
Social events and team gatherings to stay connected
