Conduct routine quality checks and ensure materials, processes, and finished products meet required specifications and quality standards.
Monitor production data and equipment information to identify trends, production concerns, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through effective housekeeping and workplace organization practices.
Complete required production documentation and ensure accurate and timely reporting of production, downtime, quality, and operational data.
Support the training, coaching, development, and onboarding of new and existing team members.
Provide ongoing feedback to employees regarding performance, productivity, safety, quality, attendance, and workplace expectations.
Escalate significant production, staffing, quality, safety, or equipment concerns to management as required.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and equipment reliability.
