Receive deliveries, sign for packages, and coordinate outgoing mail and courier shipments.
Handle phone calls and general inquiries professionally. Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors to the office and ensure a professional office experience.
Coordinate calendars, schedules, meetings, lunch and learns, team activities, and company events.
Plan and coordinate office and company events, including team activities, lunch and learns, and staff celebrations, managing logistics, scheduling, venues, catering, and vendor coordination as needed.
Collaborate with the administrative team to provide support across offices as needed.
Support broader administrative initiatives and complete other related duties as required.
Occasional travel to other Edison offices and client sites, and to attend industry events and company functions as required.

What You Bring

Three to five years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in an engineering, architectural, construction, or professional services environment.
A college diploma in administration or a related field is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint; advanced skills and SharePoint experience are assets.
Excellent proofreading and document formatting skills, with close attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency.
