- Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and fixtures.
- Perform boiler diagnostics and general maintenance on plumbing equipment.
- Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining a strong customer service mindset.
- Accurately document all work performed and make recommendations when needed.
- Work closely with teammates, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless job execution.
- Represent the company with professionalism, punctuality, and respect for client spaces.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Journeyman certification.
- Must have experience working in commercial plumbing service; residential or light industrial experience exposure is a bonus.
- Comfortable using mobile platforms for job documentation and communication.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to safe practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Physically able to work in various environments and positions (climbing, kneeling, lifting, etc.).
- Field-based role involving varied environments and conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces).
- Occasional physical work (lifting, kneeling, climbing, etc.).
- Participation in on-call rotation.
