Edon Management is looking for a
Maintenance Technician to join our Edmonton team, supporting a portfolio of corporate office environments for one of our institutional clients. This role is a little different from a typical maintenance position. You'll be working inside professional office environments where discretion, confidentiality, and a polished, respectful presence are essential at all times. The focus of this role is client services . You will be required to complete work orders and requests from building occupants, rather than general building operations.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Location: Edmonton Compensation: $25 to $33 per hour, based on experience Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

To Excel In This Role, You Should Be
- Previous experience in building maintenance, facility services, construction, carpentry, or a related field
- Strong professionalism, discretion, and communication skills, comfortable working in sensitive, client-facing corporate environments
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tenant requests, and coordinate scheduling around client needs
- Experience using common hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
What will your role involve?
As a Maintenance Technician, Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Respond to tenant service requests and work orders in a professional and timely manner across corporate office spaces
- Complete minor carpentry, painting, patching, drywall, and finishing repairs
- Repair and adjust doors, locks, hardware, cabinetry, fixtures, and furnishings
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist with office reconfigurations, furniture installations, and facility improvement projects
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
- Coordinate work in advance with site contacts, respecting scheduling and access requirements in professional office settings
- Uphold strict confidentiality when exposed to sensitive information, conversations, or documents
- Build positive working relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and team members
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
