About EERS 2LIVE

EERS 2LIVE is redefining the MRI experience through advanced audio, communication, and patient-centered technologies, supporting diagnostic MRI, interventional MRI, remote scanning, and research applications. The company is seeking a senior, revenue-focused marketing leader who can build and own the demand-generation engine - generating and converting leads, managing the sales pipeline, and partnering directly with the Director of Commercialization to close business - while directing brand presence across digital, clinical, conference, and commercial channels.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Director of Commercialization & Strategic Partnerships, the Manager, Marketing & Demand Generation is a senior, commercially minded marketing leader who will build and run EERS 2LIVE’s lead-generation engine, own the marketing funnel end-to-end, and act as a close, day-to-day partner to the Director of Commercialization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, funnel-obsessed, and has a track record of turning marketing activity into pipeline and revenue - this is a revenue-generation role first, not primarily a content, brand, or design role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline Ownership: own the top-of-funnel demand-generation strategy; build, run, and optimize campaigns (email, digital, webinar, outbound) that consistently fill the pipeline with qualified leads
Funnel & Pipeline Management: track marketing- and sales-qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) end-to-end through the CRM; report weekly on pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and funnel health
Sales Partnership & Enablement: act as the direct marketing partner to the Director of Commercialization
Marketing Operations: own CRM/marketing automation hygiene (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and attribution reporting; ensure lead data is clean, routed, and actionable for sales
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with commercialization, engineering, and clinical teams to translate technical/clinical concepts into marketing and sales messaging; maintain brand consistency across channels
Brand, Website & Content Oversight: direct external designers, agencies, and freelancers producing creative, video, and web assets; approve final creative, copy, and site updates rather than producing them personally
Conferences & Events: own conference strategy, budget, and lead capture - from planning and logistics through post-event follow-up and pipeline hand-off

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with direct ownership of a lead-generation/demand-generation function and sales pipeline
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and funnel/pipeline reporting
Demonstrated experience partnering directly with sales leadership to hit revenue and pipeline targets
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting pipeline and campaign performance to leadership
Experience directing external creative resources (agencies, freelancers, contractors). This role oversees creative execution and does not require the candidate to personally design or produce creative assets
Familiarity with website platforms/CMS and advanced SEO principles is an asset, not a requirement
Able to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional priorities independently
Availability for occasional travel

Preferred Attributes

Background in the Medtech space
Experience in a growth-stage or startup environment, building a marketing/demand-generation function from the ground up
Skill using AI to accelerate productivity (campaign build, reporting, research)
Conference or trade-show management background
Strong command of English, fluent in French
Website design and build out experience
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and self-starter mentality

Strategic Focus Areas

This role will directly contribute to EERS 2LIVE’s pipeline growth and market presence across various MRI modalities (Diagnostic, Interventional, and Remote) and Research & Innovation Partnerships - driving qualified leads and revenue while shaping how hospitals, clinicians, partners, and investors experience the EERS 2LIVE brand.
