This may involve using checklists against the 3D model, conducting site visits, and reviewing RFI's, submittals, production drawings, installation drawings, and sketches.

Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success. Having a high level of proficiency in managing every aspect of the project.

Continuously analyze and identify potential risks that could impact the project, considering factors like resource and material availability, technical challenges, regulatory changes, and external dependencies.
Implement a system to actively monitor identified risks throughout the project lifecycle. Regularly review the effectiveness of mitigation strategies, adjust them as needed, and escalate any emerging risks to ensure timely intervention and maintain project success.
