Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, work plans, cost estimates, risk registers, and resource plans.
Oversee technical deliverables to ensure quality, constructability, compliance with applicable standards, and alignment with client requirements.
Coordinate design reviews, technical submissions, comment resolution, interface management, and interdisciplinary coordination.
Monitor project performance, including schedule, budget, invoicing, change management, risk mitigation, and key performance indicators.
Prepare and present project status reports, technical reports, proposals, presentations, meeting minutes, and executive updates.
Lead client meetings, design coordination workshops, risk reviews, stakeholder sessions, and project progress meetings.
Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, pursuit strategy, technical write-ups, fee estimates, and client presentations.
Promote a strong health, safety, quality, and environmental culture across all project activities.
Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, coordinators, and project team members.
Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities, and implement corrective actions as required.

Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, procurement, and change control.
Experience coordinating with public-sector clients, transit agencies, contractors, municipalities, utilities, and technical stakeholders.
