- Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling information to support project planning, coordination, and decision-making.
- Assist with schedule risk identification and the development of mitigation or recovery strategies for potential delays.
- Prepare project controls reports and dashboards covering schedule performance, milestone status, progress, and forecast completion dates.
- Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes, project controls procedures, reporting, and schedule management practices.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of project scheduling or project controls experience within engineering, construction, infrastructure, industrial, energy, manufacturing, or other major capital project environments.
- Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and updating detailed project schedules.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Experience with critical path method (CPM) scheduling, schedule logic, dependencies, milestones, and baseline management.
- Experience with progress measurement, schedule forecasting, variance analysis, and project performance reporting.
