Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, technologists, and subconsultants.
Act as technical authority on stormwater management, water conveyance, and municipal servicing systems.
Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and regulatory submissions for municipal approvals.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement with developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
Integrate sustainable design practices, including Low Impact Development (LID) and green infrastructure solutions.
Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
Conduct quality control and design review to ensure compliance, constructability, and cost-efficiency.
Monitor regulatory frameworks and industry standards, advising project teams on compliance requirements.
Promote market presence and client relationships through industry engagement and networking activities.
