1.Has good understanding of Engine line
2.Experience in:
a. Engine Die cast line equipment’s and specification document creation
b. Engine Die cast machining line equipment’s and specification document creation
c. Engine Assembly line equipment’s and specification document creation
- Experience in taking design from concept through manufacturing and installation.
- Able to perform basic engineering calculations to size machine components.
- Able to analyze problems and implement improvements in existing designs and equipment.
- Responsible for leading end-to-end execution.
- Project management experience
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with customer Production Engineering teams, equipment suppliers, and global vendors to ensure on-time equipment procurement, installation, and production readiness
- Drive FAT, SAT, commissioning, production trials, and launch support activities.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end engineering project execution, managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with customer production engineering teams and suppliers to procure, install, commission, and launch equipment, including FAT, SAT, and production trials.
Requirements
Requires 11–15 years of experience, strong understanding of engine lines, and experience creating equipment specifications for engine die casting, machining, and assembly lines. Candidates must have project management experience and manage schedules, budgets, and resources; they should also be able to take designs from concept through installation, perform basic engineering calculations, and improve existing designs and equipment.
