About the Role:
As a MAS HCM Consultant within the telecommunication services industry, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise will drive the successful deployment of MAS HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and enhancing workforce management capabilities. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design effective solutions, and provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience implementing MAS HCM or similar Human Capital Management software solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and telecommunication industry requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in MAS HCM or related HCM platforms.
- Experience working within the telecommunication services sector.
- Knowledge of integration techniques with other enterprise systems such as ERP and payroll platforms.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools relevant to HCM.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of MAS HCM solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for HCM processes such as talent management, payroll, benefits administration, and workforce analytics.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure client teams are proficient in using MAS HCM systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, HR, and project management to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends and MAS HCM product updates to continuously enhance solution offerings.
